Beginning his career in 1988 with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, Kevin eventually served as Chief of Police and Emergency Management Director (EMD) in Weatherby Lake, Missouri, where he managed a team of both full-time and part-time officers.
Kevin's qualifications include graduating from the Kansas City Missouri Regional Police Academy and the Southern Police Institute, a prestigious program attended by fewer than 1% of law enforcement professionals. He also holds a wide range of certifications in areas like firearms instruction, emergency management, and police training, showcasing his commitment to public safety.
Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. He has managed various teams, handled budget oversight, and led initiatives to introduce new technologies, such as digital ticketing systems and mobile data terminals, to enhance police operations. His commitment to excellence has earned him several awards, including recognition for lifesaving actions and expertise in firearms, field training, and investigations.

Starting as an electrician's apprentice, Tim built a solid technical foundation, developing trade skills as well as in topography management, perimeter design, and fabrication. These experiences shaped his work ethic and have fostered a solutions-oriented approach that he applies to every task.
As a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army, Tim honed his expertise in operating advanced machinery, including excavators, mine sweepers, and armored backhoes. His contributions to high-stakes missions, such as horizontal construction and mine clearing, underscore his ability to perform effectively under pressure in demanding environments.
Since joining MoKan Group in 2023, Tim has become a key player in executing installation and integration techniques for low-voltage systems, access control technologies, and advanced security solutions. His meticulous approach to TSCM sweeps—prioritizing precision and thoroughness over speed—demonstrates his commitment to delivering dependable, high-quality results tailored to each client's needs.
